Support Services
HelpQuick can offer your company IT systems support on either a contract, or a call-out basis.
We are happy to support any customer on a call-out or time and materials basis, however this
would be on a "best effort" arrangement. We would endeavour to fix your problem as quickly
as possible, however we would be unable to guarantee a fix within a specified time frame.
If your business is highly dependent on your computer system and you require priority
support, then we can provide a highly competitive support contract
which will provide a Service Level Agreement, this would guarantee a response and "fix"
within specified time frames.
